Great. I didn’t add bok choy. I used a shallot rather than garlic. I also added a tsp of red pepper flakes. I used tofu. Finally, I used Just Eggs, an egg substitute. We absolutely loved it!

This meal is one of our favourites!! I juice fresh limes which freshens up the flavour profile. Otherwise, we prepare it as outlined. Love this one.

Good recipe. My 7 year old enjoyed it. Added more bean sprouts than the recipe called for.

Turned out very nicely. I have used approx. half the noodles, less sugar (would use like 1,5 tsp), a little less lime, a little less soy (would use the specified amount). This could have made the sauce a little too thick for me. Obviously, next time I would use bell peppers and maybe shredded carrot and peas. First, I cooked tofu, moved it on a plate and fried garlic and onion.

My 13 has made this twice. it is wonderfully spicy and not too sweet. the second time, she evrn used half the sugar and it was even better.

I hate to say this, but this recipe's the worst. It's bland and just tastes nothing like pad thai. DONT USE THIS RECIPE.

Ok. My problem was that I don’t have a wook😞.
It was very hard to stir. I just put 1 Tbsp of hot sauce ( I’m not fun is spicy food) and came out good oh and a little bit more sugar baby.

Great! I used more peanut butter and less sugar . Make sure to add veggies or tofu to make this meal even better

Fantastic! This is in regular rotation. I make a massive batch and keep having it for days. I fry the tofu, add bell peppers, substitute sugar snap peas for bean sprouts and add the green onions. I fry the rice noodles crunchy and when the sauce hits them them they soften. This is a classic!

This is a five star after adding some red pepper and shredded carrot. I felt it needed color for visual appeal. Also, I love my veggies! Will definitely make again, flavor of sauce was great.

This was ok, nothing to write home about. I would use half the amount of noodles if I did it again. It seemed like 90% noodles and short of sauce/protein.
Edit: I made this again with twice the tofu and sauce and didn't fool with the sauce based on the comments. Now it's awesome!

really easy to make and delicious. the peanut butter really thickens it so you might want to alter quantity for the result you want.

Great dish and very unique taste. I want to try it again with tamarind. Be careful with the rice noodles, they overcook easily. The lime juice is a bit high, I'd take it down to 1/4 cup and level it out with the sugar. Must try. No leftovers!👍🏾

I liked everything except for the peanut butter and soy sauce mixture.... my family really though!!

First off, i am a very beginner-level cook. That being said I found the instructions are a little confusing (...do i add the noodles then the peanut sauce, or both at once?...). Also, I found that the 1/2 cup of lime juice made the dish entirely too sweet, and ultimately inedible. I ended up mixing this recipe with one i found on google to make with the rest of my unused rice noodles and ended up with a very good dish. lncludingthe peanut butter from this recipe in my new dish especially added to the taste, so i think that is what i mostly takeaway from this.

Delicious would definitely make again! Might try to thicken the sauce somehow though!

This tastes nothing like Pas Thai. Authentic Pad Thai should have Tamarind Paste/Concentrate in it, I wish I had known this before I made this recipe. Also it makes a ton of food, I ended up wasting a bunch brace this tasted so bad.
