Great recipe! I upped the amount of chili powder and also added in some spicy smoked paprika (1/4 tsp) and some red chilli flakes (1/4 tsp). Also a dash of ground clove. It’s a good solid recipe that you can easily build on to make your own.

This is my go to chili recipe, but I always add a fair bit more chili powder.

This is always a go to when its raining! such a feel good recipe, i also add corn and some plan-based meat like chorizo crumbles or sausage. There is a lot to room to riff when it comes to making this chili 😋👌🏼

i added corn and used about 40 oz of tomato juice. i probably could have used it all but overall it taste really good.

Tasty chili! I doubled the chili powder and added some diced shiitake mushrooms for some added texture

Good recipe! My roommate can’t handle spicy stuff, so I removed the jalapeños, and we didn’t have carrots, but otherwise this was a delicious recipe and I will definitely make it again! Adding the cheese, avocado, sour cream, and tortilla strips to my individual serving was the perfect choice!

Make this often on our “Meatless Mondays”. So easy and healthy and tastes great. Family doesn’t miss the meat either!

We love this recipe! A little prep goes a long way. I use V-8 instead of tomato juice...personal preference. Topped with avocado, tortilla strips, cheese and sour cream makes this dish as impressive as the taste.

IT WAS SOOO GOOD!! I’m a beginner cook and it was so easy! The only thing I suggest is that you cover it half way into the 45 minutes!!

Really dang good! I’ve tried a couple of veggie chili recipes before and this ones definitely the best!

My first vegetarian chili and it was very good. I did 2 cans of beans to help cut down the size (cannelloni and black). I will make again.

So good! I added butternut squash & zucchini! Doubled the spices, adding cinnamon, as well as veggie crumbles. Will definitely make again:)

It was good. I added a lot more vegetables to it and a few more spices but the base was tasty too.

Tasty! Made this to have with my vegetarian SO, but you could easily throw in some ground beef if you like meaty chili and it would be just as great!

Delicious! Added zucchini and celery, so I used only 1 large carrot, and added a little extra chili powder and cumin. Big hit with the wifey!

Love this. Added some crunchy tortilla chips to it as well as vegan ground beef crumbles. Added them in at the end and cooked the addiction ten minutes.
Made a perfect “meatless” chili

Super quick, easy, yummy recipe! It can definitely be tweaked and still come out good. I omitted a can of beans and left out one pepper to make a smaller amount and it was still so good!
