Fantastic, substituted spinach for bok choy because my Walmart didn’t have any. Also added tofu.

I forgot to add the ginger until the very end and even forgot the sesame oil altogether, but it still turned out pretty well. It hit the spot and I say so as someone who has been eating a large amount of this dish from various places/preparers recently.
