    Added sliced aubergine to base and added a layer of red pepper - topped it with a cashew/cheese sauce - my meat eater guests had 3 servings!!

    The Alfredo sauce tasted like the real stuff and complimented the dish nicely. The only negative is that the lasagna doesn’t hold together like real cheese filled lasagna. All in all it was a great vegan dinner that I would make again.
