- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. white pepper
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt (optional if using canned vegetables)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. vegan Worcestershire sauce (organic, I use Edward & Sons)
- 1/4 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
- 4 Tbsp. cold water
- 2 cups unbleached all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 2/3 cup coconut oil (unheated, scoupable)
- 10 Tbsp. ice water

Horrible pastry and not enough for a family pie. The amounts in the recipe resulted in a very small ball of dough that could not be cut into half. I had to use the whole ball just for the top of the pie.
