it was nice but uses a lot of sugar and oil so I don't think I'll make it again.

delicious!!! it is absolutely tasty and actually really easy. I will keep cooking this beautiful pad thai.

I boiled the sauce to give it a deeper flavor and ended up using extra salt on my serving. This is a favorite of my family's, and we make it nearly weekly. I make one of the kids help, it's an easy way to teach them kitchen skills :-)
This week I'm experimenting with baking the veggies with soy sauce and garlic instead of, basically, frying it. It already smells amazing!

This was really good! My husband and I ate the whole batch by ourselves!
The kids were less impressed and I had to make them something else.
