these cookies are amazing!! Just the right amount of sweet and chewy with a crisp on the edges. Holds well together if you leave them on the cookie sheet for a minute or two then transfer to the cooling rack. I used the flaxseed option, so not sure how they do with the applesauce version.

Had to cook way longer. I’m not sure if it was because of my oven or if I made them too big even though I used a small scoop? They were just alright.

great recipe! my oven needed just over 10 mins. and DEFINITELY leave to cool before touching. Lovely soft texture, not crunchy or hard.

Most of the cookies fell apart when I tried to remove them from the cookie sheets. I guess the vegan butter was the problem. The taste was okay and these would probably be great on top of a scoop of ice cream. They don’t hold up well enough as a cookie, though.
