Love this recipe! I have tried several vegan and vegetarian loafs and this is one of my favorites. We make it all the time. We even made it for thanksgiving.

The texture was good, but the lentils were pretty flavorless. If the ketchup was layered, it would be better.

Added a bit of spice to give it a slight bite. Will make it again. Super easy. Yield proper size portions.

Yum! This is delish. Next time I may try to add some other veggies such as celery or maybe peppers or corn.. great dish!

I enjoyed this loaf. You have to like lentils to like this in my opinion. It’s my first vegetarian loaf. Next time I’ll add more vegetables and cut the onions smaller (I was lazy). I used sweet and spicy barbecue sauce to give it a little kick. I made it with oven roasted potatoes..yum !

Yummy, for sure. Made it quite a few times already but need to remember to let it rest but spooning it out works too.

Fabulous, but added celery, red peppers, mushrooms and fried onions to the mix. Very tasty. Would make again and often. Also mixed ketchup with a little Sriracha chili sauce.
Added a little zing to the sauce.

This is an easy recipe. Tastes great - even on rye bread like a meatloaf sandwich. Add a little lettuce to add some crunch and you're good to go. Definitely a keeper.
