These brownies are amazing. By far the BEST I’ve ever made. Soft and crumbly, not incredibly sweet! I’m in love 😍
I switched out the applesauce for 2 eggs, and it worked out perfectly. I put 1/2 cup of sugar instead of 3/4, and I baked it for 15 minutes instead of 25. I have no complaints other than it hardly rose. It didn’t change the flavor or texture though, so I’m perfectly fine with it.
Would recommend 10/10!! 👏👏👏

Kids loved the brownies. I substituted olive oil for the coconut oil (per baker’s suggestion if you aren’t a coconut fan) and they turned out great.
