My new favourite pancake recipe. Delicious and with a pleasant texture, coloured nicely in the pan as well.

loved it.. added blue berries and make syrup just like the suggestion. had some left over and just popped in the toaster and good all over again

It’s a good idea but i felt like my pancakes weren’t cooking. The flour felt like it never actually cooked inside the pancakes. Next time I would try using oats instead of flour and grinding the oats into a flour consistency.

Visually beautiful, but mushy and gooey when eaten. This recipe needs to be tweaked for it to actually be good

Excellent! No added sugars... just what is in the nut milk that you use and naturally found in the bananas. My picky partner didn't even realize that they were healthy! I used quick cooking oats (because that is what I had). They were hearty and had a delicious carmelized banana crust!

Great taste & Vegan-although I have cooked them twice and they are a little mushy. I will keep refining
