- 1/2 pt. cherry tomatoes (cut lengthwise)
- 1 cup fresh spinach

- 1/3 cup pasta water (approximately)
- 4.5 oz. tagliatelle pasta (dried, other string pasta will work)
- Parmesan (for garnish, optional)
