The 75 minutes was too long, the tomatoes were a little burnt even at 60, also there wasn’t enough cream, so I added more. The directions could have been a lot more detailed

Delicious when I made it, the family loved it. Only note is skimming and seeding the tomatoes will help the consistency be a lot smoother

The soup was great with a grilled cheese sandwich. Very hearty. It startled me that it was not very red, and I added fresh basil and garlic powder before I blended it. This is a keeper!

It's pretty good.maybe add more water (it dries up) and simmer for a little longer.

Very simple to make and very tasty - I used fresh tomatoes from my garden with a few chilli peppers - just need to remember to remove skins next time

I used 2% milk instead of the cream and no water. Was super easy, really yummy.
