This was quite nice. Added some black pepper and a little sugar. Maybe add some chilli flakes for a bit more of a hit.

This was so easy and tasty to make! Was a huge hit with my other half. I used 100mls coconut milk instead of coconut cream and I also added 1 x green pepper, garlic and red chilli. Will be making this again for sure.
