- 2 Tbsp. fresh ginger (finely minced, or ginger paste)
- 3 green onions (white and green parts finely chopped)
- 2 tsp. chili garlic sauce (use more for added spiciness)
- 1/2 tsp. salt (I use coarse, kosher salt)
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper (I use coarsely ground pepper)
- 6 burger buns (split and toasted, optional)
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 5 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 3 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
- 1 Tbsp. soy (low-sodium, suace)
- 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. chili garlic sauce (use more for added spiciness)

- 2 cloves garlic (finely minced, about a teaspoon)
- 1 cup grated carrots (about 3-4 ounces)
- 1 cup purple cabbage (shredded, about 3-4 ounces)
- 1 green onion (white and green parts finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice (or rice vinegar)
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 tsp. sugar
