- 1 red bell pepper (sliced into very thin strips, about 1 heaping cup)
- 2 cups carrot (grated, julienned, or spiralized)
- 1 cup red cabbage (finely shredded)
- 1 cup edamame (shelled, steamed)
- 1/4 cup basil (chopped)
- 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped)
- black sesame seeds (for garnish, optional)
- 2 Tbsp. low sodium tamari
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 2 tsp. rice vinegar
- 2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
- 2 tsp. minced ginger (finely)
- 1 clove garlic (crushed)
