Pretty good my eggs were over cooked and I broiled them for 2 minutes. The sweet potato was delicious ... I added fresh mushrooms and onions to mine

This was quite yummy! I had to adjust as I don’t have an oven safe skillet but it still turned out okay. If making again I would put salt and pepper in potato while cooking. This is a personal preference. I don’t like salt much so getting a mouthful on top was too much for me. Saving this one for later!
