I love cabbage & this recipe fits the bill! I used fresh garlic, added a carrot, some celery & used chicken broth instead of water. In addition, I substituted a can of fire roasted tomatoes. I also added some white wine, a bay leaf & 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg for added spice. I don't use white rice so I subtituted a wild rice blend instead. My husband loved it; I'll definitely make this again. 👍

It was so good! Added a bell pepper and a small can of tomato sauce! Will definitely make again!

We've made this one several times now and it always turns out delicious. I don't use quick rice, so I put 1:1 rice and water and cook it a bit in the rice cooker, and then use the slightly cooked rice instead.
