    Four servings for this recipe is ridiculous. It starts with 4 cups of volume. A jam serving is typically 2 - 4 tablespoons. This recipe will create a lot more jam than is shown in the image (a tiny 1/2 cup jar). The heating will reduce the volume a bit, so perhaps 3.5 cups of product will result. So, 3.5 cups / 2 tablespoons = 28 servings 3.5 cups / 4 tablespoons = 14 servings. So the calorie count on the serving is way off. 310 calories per serving for jam? No! More like 44 to 89 calories per serving.
