- 2 Tbsp. prepared pesto (I use Basil pesto from Costco)
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (I use reduced-fat)
- 4 oz. cream cheese (softened, I use 1/3 less fat)
- 1/2 cup sour cream (I use reduced-fat)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (freshly)
- 1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese (freshly)
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese (freshly)

Turned out amazing! Mine looked nothing like the photo but tasted incredible. I made it with a friend and we could not stop eating it. Ours was much greener and more liquidy, I think cause I forgot to dry out the spinach before putting it in and my friend mashed it into tiny bits. I doubt it mattered taste-wise, but it did make it look like creamed spinach in a bread boat. Anyway, SUCH a good recipe.
