Delicious! I didn’t have ramen noodles but found a hack...angel hair pasta boiled with 1tblspn of baking soda cooked 2-3 minutes longer than the package time. Turned the flavor and consistency to ramen!

Family loved it! I added more chicken stock. Seasame oil to cook the ginger garlic and mushrooms.
