Followed the simple but we'll explained instructions. My first time making brisket ever, and it was phenomenal! I made my own dr.pepper bbq sauce for topping sandwiches which was amazing with this, but I had to have several pieces naked and it was perfect! I had a 7.74 lb. Brisket, smoked for 2 hrs...then finished in oven for 3.5 hrs. Juicy & delish. Thank you! Best Super Bowl Brisket Nachos & Sandwiches EVER!

Awesome,I put it on the smoker for 2 hrs. and then moved it to the oven for 5hrs.Everyone bragged about it.Keep the recipes coming.
