Excellent flavor. Turned out great! We couldn't stop eating it! We had to add some additional water mid-day, to make sure the sauce didn't boil down to a char.

Just let you know upfront. I am a novice to cooking from recipes. A sixty year old widower.... That being said, it was DELICIOUS!!! The pork was sooo tender and tasty. I will certainly be making this again and again. Thank You for sharing.

I did try this recipe and I liked it very well. I did leave the barbeque sauce out. I also did not use the brown suger that was called for in the recipe. I used my Power Pressure Cooker XL and it was ready from start to finish in 45 minutes.
