    7-8 hours on low? 2lb of pork should be 4 hours MAXIMUM! Yet another recipe that overcooks pork. Pork is supposed to be slightly pink. 145 degrees. Not like chicken which is 165. I checked mine after 4 hours on low and it was perfect. Don't overcook your pork. 4 hours on low for 2lb.
