- 1/4 cup gluten (light soy sauce, free use Tamari)
- 4 dashes worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 sprigs fresh thyme (or 1 teaspoon dried thyme)
- 6 hoagie rolls
- 2 tsp. softened butter (optional)
- 12 slices provolone cheese
