Love this! I added 1/2 teaspoon of oregano & a dash of cinnamon. I also sauted some onion & fresh garlic & deglazed the pan with some red wine. I switched my IP to the slow cook setting & let it simmer for 5 hours. About halfway through I added some celery & a chopped pablano pepper. To cut down on carbs & keep it lighter, I served it over spaghetti squash & left out the cheese. My husband loved it! Will definitely make this again.

Amazing. As others mentioned it has a stew like consistency. Ate it with tortilla chips

This is absolutely delicious. I added onions to the slow cooker, then served with diced avocado and tortilla strips on top. I will make this repeatedly. Thank you!
