    This was amazing and so easy to make!!!! So flavorful!!! Ate it as a soup. Used a lite shredded Mexican cheese blend for the topping and extra cilantro. I will definitely be making this again!

    This was very good and a low fat meal. So easy to throw together. I served it ove rice with a dollop of sour cream and avocado slices.Was also very good scooped up with tortilla chips. The family loved it. Will definitely make again

    definitely easy. it was good. needed something but rice wasn't the answer. maybe tortilla chips would be good with it.
