2nd time I made it and it is a big hit. This will become a staple dish in our house. Recipe reminders me of a dish my made for me. I actually modified this dish to incorporate my mom’s dish by adding mushrooms and a couple shots of tabasco to the chicken broth. This original dish is great just the adds remind me of mom.

A great dish. My only issue is prep time will take longer than 15 mins. I have a toddler, so maybe that's just my issue, but plan on spending some time in the kitchen with this one. Prep time aside, it's a really flavorful dish and worth trying out.
