This was fantastic! I heated the grill first after letting my 1 1/2 inch steaks come to room temperature, mixed the oil, garlic salt and pepper and rolled them in it.
I tested the temperature a couple times while grilling and pulled them off at just the right time for 134* medium pink steaks. I let them rest for 5 minutes. So tender, and juicy.
