- 1/2 Tbsp. tamari
- 1/4 cup veganaise (or any mayonnaise)
- 2 Tbsp. Sriracha
- cooked shrimp (1 cup pre-, tails removed)
- 1/2 cup cucumber (chopped)
- 1/2 cup edamame (shelled, frozen and thawed in hot water)
- 1/2 cup shredded carrot (pre-, I buy store bought)
- 4 sheets dried seaweed (optional you can slice them with a sharp knife)
