I used the diced tomatoes with basil and garlic. I will try this again but it should go over pasta, rice, or zoodles.

Turned out pretty great I did a little pasta sauce and poured it over my favorite noodles

Overall it wasn’t a bad recipe however, I would suggest using less diced tomatoes. Next time I will make some tweaks.
