- 4 scallions (white and green parts, separated)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 2 large eggs (cracked in a bowl and lightly beaten.)
- 1/2 cup cilantro leaves (fresh, roughly chopped, or left whole)
- 1/4 cup roasted salted peanuts (finely chopped)
