- 300 grams rice stick noodles (dried)
- 300 grams shrimp (devein them)
- 2 medium eggs (placed in a bowl and lightly beaten)
- 150 grams firm tofu (cut into small pieces)
- 4 whole garlic (cloves of, finely minced)
- 1 thai chile (fresh red, finely sliced, substitute with 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes)
- 1 handful chives (chopped)
- 1 handful cilantro leaves (fresh chopped)
- 4 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 3 Tbsp. lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 tsp. granulated sugar (I've used either brown or white, what ever you have)
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- bean sprouts (optional)
- lime wedges (optional)
- roasted peanuts (optional)
- fresh chili (optional)
- chives (optional)
- cilantro leaves (optional)
- hot sauce (optional)
