Delicious. 10/10. I am not actually the worlds biggest fan of hot chicken (I prefer cold chicken in chicken salad or pressed chicken sandwiches) so I replaced the chicken with “taco meat” (pre chopped beef). Otherwise followed the recipe. So good. I used McCormick’s spice packet as I noticed my store brand I usually use had additives. I think I spent an extra forty cents. 😊 I then cooked up two (dry) cups of black beans in my instant pot. Planning on this for lunch tomorrow, and freezing the other helpings.

Turned out great! I ended up cooking in a cast iron Skillet and just cooked till most juice had boiled off. Husband claims it tasted better than his chicken fajitas from the Mexican restaurant he had recently gone to. He is quite picky, so for him to like it is a BIG win!!

Make this at least twice a month and has definitely become a quick solve for something quick, easy and healthy

Super easy to make and they’re so delicious. The chicken was moist, tender and packed with flavor.

Easy and tasty. Takes longer than 10 mins to prepare though because of the washing, chopping and mixing. I used canola oil instead of avocado oil and was fine. I also made brown rice and black and red beans so we could do a make-your-own burrito night. Used gluten-free tortillas made from rice flour.

This recipe is delicious, and super easy! My family and I enjoyed it, and the leftovers even taste good. Will definitely make again.

Super easy, yummy and healthy! I didn’t use the rack as directed and see why it’s recommended due to the amount of liquid the peppers produce so I’ll do that next time. Will definitely make again.

Great meal and so easy to prepare! Usually when I make Fajitas for the whole family it takes a long time because I can’t cook all of it at one time. I was skeptical of how cooking all of it at once in the oven would turn out, but it exceeded my expectations exponentially. The whole family agreed that chicken came out very juicy and even tasted great the next day for leftovers!! I will only use this method from now on and will definitely be cooking fajitas more often!!

This was delicious! I made the fajita seasoning with salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, coriander, and onion powder because I am out of the others, but it still tasted great.

Great! Used 3 peppers and it was enough for 2 people. Might put it over rice or beans to make it more filling

Sure it’s good, but it’s not keto. This one meal would wipe out your carbs for the whole day.
