Loved this recipe with my adjustments! Only had 4 medium potatoes, but threw in a layer of frozen hash browns in a middle layer and it worked great! The onion and salt/pepper on each layer and I added butter just to the top layer. Used only 1 cup of milk and 2 Tbs of flour and added cheese in 2 layers. Provolone, medium cheddar and sharp cheddar. Baked 350 covered with foil for an hour then removed foil till brown. My entire family loves it, including my kids and mother-in-law.

It was delicious but I par boiled Yukon potatoes, then sliced & layered with onion & flour. I added Greek seasoning in the layers and only used 1 cup of milk with cheddar cheese in top. Easy and tasty!

Delicious! I was under a time crunch, so I cooked it at 400* for 45 minutes covered, then another 20 minutes uncovered. It blackened the serving dish, but the potatoes were very good and tasty!

I loved it. Was perfect for a late night Christmas Eve dinner. Its best to put 1 cup of milk instead of 2.

The recipe tops easy! Its quick and delicious!!
I used liquid chicken broth, as well as, mix all ingredients in a 3 quart cooking pot on top of the stove, mixing until the cheese melted.

Ok, pretty runny however, I doubled the recipe and 4 cups of milk was too much. Also would put cheese between layers instead of only on top

Turned out great, will definitely make again. Only comment is that the fouur got a bit lumpy so have to figure out how to fix that.

Delicious. I did a scaled down version since I'm cooking for one. I just used one potato and didn't measure any of the other ingredients, I just eyeballed it. Turned out great. I will definitely cook this again.

Perfect scalloped potatoes! Ok, I did mix in cut up ham and added sharp cheddar cheese on top. I added 3 cups of milk because I filled my 8x8 pan to the top.

This is a great recipe and so easy. I used my food processor to do all the slicing and it made the prep even quicker. I also liked the idea of not having to make the sauce ahead of time but letting the sauce come together while cooking, this was the biggest improvement over other scalloped potatoes recipes. One other note, I used cornstarch instead of flour to make this recipe gluten-free and it worked great.
