- 8 sausages (good quality, the nice big ones, I usually use Tesco Finest Traditional Pork)
- 400 grams new potatoes (halved, or quartered if very big)
- 3 orange peppers (red/yellow/, cut into large chunks)
- 2 red onions (cut into thick wedges)
- 8 cloves garlic (bashed with skins still on)
- 3 sprigs thyme (or rosemary)
- salt
- pepper
- 300 mL chicken stock (optional - if you want a sauce)
