    It was very easy to prepare. The skin came out crispy and the pork was delicious. I followed the directions as written however the pork shoulder was 7.15lbs The “extra” salt and spices made it tasty.

    Turned out really good. Simple steps to follow and a quick cooking time for the roast. Also the flavours of the rub worked well together. I ended up rubbing a good amount of the spices on the surface that it burned, which turned to work in my favour as it gave the spices more dept in flavour.

    My son told me to ensure I gave this a full 5 stars. Everyone loved it, incredibly delicious and relatively easy to prepare, I cooked it in my Dutch oven and it worked well.
