- 4 cornish hens (thawed, rinsed and patted COMPLETELY dry inside out.)

Great flavor. And the veggies were delicious. Prep time wasn’t that long and the end result was well worth it.

great recipe. Used the veggies I had, sweet red peppers, onion, carrot, and romaine ribs, seasoned ala the recipe, baked, easy peasy! came out tender, moist, and yummly!

I absolutely LOVE this recipe! It truly is easy to make. I made them for last year's Christmas dinner and my family thoroughly enjoyed them. They turned out great! I am preparing to make them again for my and my husband's anniversary dinner. I didn't have fresh rosemary, so I used dried. I also used half the salt. It was very tasty.
