  • 1 gallon cucumbers (your choice of, I used seedless English cucumbers. If they are large, slice them into spears or your preferred shape)
  • 1 1/2 quarts water (don't use tap water)
  • 2 cups apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup canning salt
  • 1/3 cup dried minced onion
  • 1/2 tablespoon mustard seeds
  • 6 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
  • 6 heads fresh dill (stems and all, or about two packages from the store)
