    It turned out quite nicely. It is an easy recipe, and one you can take as it is or tweak to personal tastes or for variety. It’s a keeper

    Turned out better than I thought it would! great base to work with, I added some additional seasoning and tasted great with a side of roasted veggies. Looking forward to tasting how the flavour develops over the next couple of days.

    It’s a very simple, warm and comforting dish! I bought garlic naan to accompany it, and also dressed it with avocado slices, cilantro, lime zest and a squirt of lime juice as well, all over some jasmine rice. Delicious!
    This is sooooo good, it gets even better after a few days in the fridge! I used rogan josh curry paste.

    Delicious. Slightly modified recipe (less cayenne and chili pepper) and used canned lentils (no need to boil canned lentils in 6 cups of water). Cooked onions and garlic in oil first then added lentils, coconut milk and spices.

    I made this the other night, and I have to say it was rather tasty, and very filling. I felt very satisfied after eating, and it tasted even better the next day. Will be making this again.

    I live for this. Such a great comfort food over rice, i have made this recipe many times. Be careful that it doesn't get too watery. I reduce the initial amount of water that I cook the lentils in.
