Not too shabby! It made my wife happy, so I’m happy. We added a hollandaise sauce to the top.

This was so good. Timing in oven was right on. I used spinach and sausage. Will make this again.

I’ve made this several times, which means we like it! The great thing is one can use whatever ingredients they happen to like or have on hand.

It was really easy and turned out great even without cream

Wonderful. The proportions of vegetable to meat to egg to cheese is just right. I used pre made pie crust which shrank down some when prebaking so next time I will try to make my own and roll it out to be bigger in the pie pan.

Delicious. Made 2 and gave one to neighbor during covid19 lockdown.

This was perfection. I used a store purchased gluten free frozen crust, fresh mushrooms sauteed in homemade Ghee, fresh spinach, leftover ham, cheddar and parm cheeses. House smelled amazing while this was baking.

It WAS easy! After the holidays I had various veggies, some pie crusts and too many eggs leftover. This was the perfect answer. I didn’t have mushrooms or spinach, but like she said, just try some different ones. Sweet peppers, cherry tomatoes, a jalapeño to spice it up, and kale filled it out. I was going to make up a salad, but had some roasted potatoes that I warmed up to go with it. My husband was very pleased.

I tried this for Easter. I didn't modify it and it was delicious. I used leafy greens - spinach - and my kids ate it, too.

Fantastic, easy recipe! I used turkey bacon, onion, mushroom, red pepper and garlic, and also added a few herbs (thyme, sage, and a little oregano) and it is SUPER yummy. Thank you so much!!
