It tastes great. I was eating it before I stuck it in the freezer lol. I will update review once I have actually tried the solid bars.

ive made these for about 4 weeks in a row now and im still excited to eat them! They are great for a power snack. i eat one 20 mins before lifting and it helps me get the most out of the gym
