Very flavorful and easy. Recipe can easily changed with the type of bbq sauce you select. I use a pork tenderloin and it turned out great. Will make again

Dude you're the man. or woman for this! lol that was some of the best pulled pork I've ever had. Thank You! So easy. only thing I did different was put a homemade rub on the shoulder before I seared it. Fell off the bone.

simple, and delicious. I used pork butt instead of shoulder, but it turned out fine.

I made some home made bbq sauce to start with. None the less we followed the recipe to the t and the pork was melt in your mouth tasty. Highly recommend!
