- 1 yellow bell pepper (or red, deseeded and roughly chopped)
- 1 can chopped tomatoes
- 75 grams frozen peas
- 75 grams sweetcorn (frozen)
- 200 grams prawns (frozen or fresh raw, defrosted if frozen)
- 750 mL chicken (or veggie stock from cube is fine)
- 1 lemon (if you wish)
- 150 grams frozen spinach (*, optional cooked as per packaging instructions, drained and chopped)
