Not too bad, a bit chewy! I’m new to cooking pork medallions. So that could be my fault.

Truly delicious, classic home cooking! Served with mashed potatoes and steamed veggies, used garlic infused oil instead of vegetable oil and garlic powder. Appealed to all of the family

This was a HUGE hit! My kids and husband loved it - the sauce was delicious! Super easy, and will definitely make this again. I did buy the thin cut medallions, but next time I will get the regular ones and pound them as the recipe says. I also used grapeseed oil in place of vegetable oil.

I was shocked at how good the sauce was. This one is definitely a keeper. Super easy recipe and taste like restaurant quality.

Simple prep and restaurant-worthy taste. Couldn't believe the medallions were so tender and flavorful! Only downside was that I wanted to keep eating that sauce long after I was full...

This pork is so easy and quick. I followed the directions just as written. Delicious with mashed potatoes and had snap peas also on the side. Will make again for sure. Even the kids loved it! I bet this would be tasty with pounded chicken breasts as well.

Amazing. We will definitely be making this one again over and over. The reduction/sauce is crazy good. Try with sweet potato.
