This was really great, the pork turned out amazing!
This is delicious, I'm not a seasoned cook but this came out perfect. I added some minced garlic and garlic powder because my family loves garlic, and I used zucchini, carrots, onions and broccoli for the veg. My 8 year old also loved it and cleaned his plate, perfection!!

This is fairly easy to make. You can use lots of different vegetables. I seared my pork chops then dredged them in breadcrumbs flavored with paprika, garlic powder salt and pepper. Baked until meat was 135-140 F . ‘They turned out well.

Fast, easy and delicious! it was a big hit with my crew. Dinner was on the table in about 30 minutes. Even had time to make a Peach Cobbler for dessert. i served it with stuffing and string beans; instead of, the roasted vegetables.

I looooved it. It was easy, fun, and quick to cook. I'm a beginner cook and it wasn't hard at all. Most of the ingredients you'll already find at the house.

Amazing recipe and sooooo easy to make. I also love how easy it is to customize it (different veggies/different seasoning). You could also serve with BBQ sauce or make a pot of rice to stretch the recipe for more people. Will definitely be making this again!!!
