It was okay. I cooked the pork chops 5 minutes less and they were still over cooked. I thought the caramelized onions would make more of a sauce but they did not. I felt it lacked something.

This WAS easy and the flavor was good but the chops were overcooked by the time the liquid evaporated. I would suggest less water.
