I think it was a delicious recipe. I would definitely make it again. I used a balsamic reduction instead of balsamic vinegar and it made for a nice thick delicious sauce.

3 1/2. The glaze does not penetrate the meat well so you end up with 2 separate flavors. Next time I will try baking with the glaze.

The sauce absolutely makes this dish. Make sure you use the full amout of honey or it will be a little too tart. I had thicker porkchops so mine needed more oven time. My sauce never did thicken up, but that could be my fault for not adding the full amount of honey. All in all this was a good recipe and I would make it again.

It was great my husband and I enjoyed it. Will be trying another recipe from this person to see if I like it as well.

The Pork Chops turned out delicious,tender and juicy and the sauce was good! I'll definitely make them again!

delish and easy. i covered the pork chops in sauce before putting in oven so the sauce penetrate for more flavor. i also used more honey than suggested as the balsamic is strong.
