Turned out fine, but nothing special. Easy to prepare and the kids ate it, even my 4 and 6 year olds.

Have made it several times and everyone really enjoys it. I usually put the pork chops in the crockpot after browning them and cook on low. I follow the rest of the recipe exactly. I serve with cous cous and a cooked vegetable.
