  • 1 large garlic clove ({smashed})
  • 1 handful fresh mushrooms (chopped fine {seriously, omit if you don't like mushrooms!})
  • kale leaves (couple of fresh, chopped fine)
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese (grated)
  • pepperoni (or other protein {if desired})
  • 1/2 spaghetti sauce (a jar favorite, I used Bertolli Riserva Sauce Porcini with White Oil and my kids didn't even know they were eating mushrooms!. It was oh-so good!)
