I couldn't find pita bread so I made the 10min dough wich is really more like 1o min prep, an hour to rise, then 20 mins in the oven. It was really good I don't like mushrooms but I still put them on. I added a sweet pepper and some ham as well. It turned out to be a deep dish because the pizza pan I have is small. very yummly
