perfection. first pic was right out of the oven with no spills. 2nd pic after it cooled. I used Mexican vanilla. not an extract, and brown sugar with 2 cups pecans per pie. I dont think i will ever buy store bought again. Im from Texas and think these are a true pecan pies...but thats me.

Great!! Easy to make. Didnt use flour and ran out of Karo and had to use a half a cup of granulated white sugar and water. The pie came out good!
